HR Generalist (Admin & Recruitment)

Főbb feladatok, munkák

  • Support the full employee life cycle from onboarding new hires, conducting HR induction meeting, process changes in the HR system, audit / maintain integrity of employee data and manage offboarding activities.
  • Work with payroll on monthly salary transfer, changes to employee compensation.  Complete benefits administration, process leaves of absence.
  • Maintain high standards of data and process accuracy, timeliness and quality to ensure compliance with relevant legal and policy requirements and employee experience.
  • Own employee file maintenance and ensure compliance with local regulations in each country.
  • Answer general employee queries related to policies/procedures, pay and benefits.
  • Support with basic reporting requests including headcount, turnover reports, time off, and any other ad hoc reports.
  • Manage full recruitment life-cycles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and maintaining relationships with potential candidates, keeping internal recruiting platform up-to-date. Close cooperation with recruiting agencies, headhunters, and other relevant providers if needed.
  • Proactively manage the selection process with hiring managers, keeping close contact
  • Ensure candidates receive the best interview and hiring experience.
  • As a member of the HR team, cooperation in various HR projects.

Az álláshoz tartozó elvárások

  • You have at least 2-3 years of professional experience in HR administration.
  • You have at least 1-2 years of professional experience in recruiting
  • It's a big plus if you have experience in IT recruitment.
  • Professional level of English (both written and spoken)
  • Fluent Hungarian (both written and spoken)
  • Passion for building relationships and helping a business grow through talent.
  • Excellent organizational skills, taking responsibility for own tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive with a solution focus.
  • Able to work effectively in a team.
