• Participate in the daily job of the company's sales and operational team
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with key account partners, expanding partnerships, facilitating market penetration, and mapping customer needs
• Keeping contacts with investors, designers, contractors and other potential clients in the form of technical advice, planning, information services and quotations
• Sales of company products and services in Hungary
• Technical preparation (planning, energy efficiency analysis, etc.), presentation of proposals, preparation of quotes, conduct of price negotiations, contracting (main commercial terms: price, deadline, assignment of technical details), coordination of product delivery, on-site consultancy during commissioning, training of operators
• Coordination of procurement processes (involving back office)
• Cooperation with the Hungarian technical sales team
• Collaborate with colleagues from other countries
• Participation in international projects
• Participation in parent company’s trainings
• Participation in exhibitions, fairs and conferences

Az álláshoz tartozó elvárások

• Electrical engineering degree, preferably with experience in lighting technology
• At least 5 years relevant experience in a similar segment and role (international experience is an advantage)
• Language skills: English (C1 - proficient user), (German language proficiency is an advantage)
• Driving license (category B), driving experience
• Good communication and networking skills
• Confident appearance, concise presentation
• Independent problem-solving ability in a foreign environment
• Advanced computer skills (CRM, Sales Force, Dialux, Autocad)
• Customer-focused business thinking
• Cooperative, proactive personality, high work tolerance
• Taking on challenges, perseverance, and a work-oriented spirit of success
• Undertaking regular business trips in Europe
